Good digital picture frame for <= $100?

I'm looking for a digital picture frame or $100 or less for my grandma who's not tech-savvy at all. Do they all have room for a memory card (Ie, they don't rely entirely on internal memory?)? Besides that, my only requirements are that it can display both pictures and video, is easy to operate, and looks nice enough.
