--- Good Digital Camera for under $200?

I was going to get the Nikon D50, but just got a new car........so.......

I'd like to get a 3+ Megapixel camera, with a chargable battery. No AA's. Good controls, and image quality....I'm not going to get excellent for under $200 (at least thats what I'm expecting)

What would be awesome is to get a camera with adjustable shutter speed, down to around 1/2000th of a second or lower if possible.

Suggestions.....
