Good dedicated video conferencing software?

Can anyone recommend me a good video conferencing software? Both are Windows Clients. It's for me and my brother, he lives about 1 hour from me and we do alot of Web Developing together and that would be pretty cool. We both already have webcams.

webcamming is ment for pron not for being productive although what u do with ur brother in ur spare time is non of my business...

that being said me and the girlies use the yahoo im feature...does a pretty good job for a crappy little logitech quickcam
Now if you wanted to go all out i'd say hookup some flash comm server and create your own little app...i've seen that handle some pretty decent live video
