Good deals on turkeys today

I picked up 10 pound turkey for $7.70 today. I will cook it Wednesday or Thursday.

The store has a bunch on sale right now along with turkey parts.

Later on I will make turkey stew and maybe turkey pie.

anyone else taking advantage of after-Christmas deals?

It's been like that ever since Thanksgiving here. In fact, my dad keeps begging me to come visit because when I visit, my mom goes out to eat and my dad does not eat Turkey anymore.

Well, it's "oil-less" so while a frozen turkey still may not be ideal, it shouldn't pose the danger you'd "hoped." 😉
