Really? Good deal for 16x10x32?
Read evaluation of these drives, you'll find they are just a hype and Lite-On (that is already a hype itself) cost NEW ONE just $10 more with 32x10x40. Not to mention another Taiwanese Cyberdrive that is no worse than either one of these and yet $63+$7 shipping brand new 32x12x48.

There is one guy here somewhere in these endless obsessive threads about "deals" on CDRWs that listed his posessions as HP, HP, Plextor, Lite-On ...
Perfect illustration of consumerism of hype and obsessive behaviour, just following the hype of "market deals."

Mystic Man, wanna add some "deal" with coupons?

All I have to say is you will get more resale value out of a Plextor than any Liteon.

Right, resale value???
Just you need not wait for more than 6 months (for then it will be outdated) and find another hype junky to sell it.
You pay $100 and after 6 months you can maybe sell it for $40 if you find a "CDRW junky" to buy from you.

The main reason people buying Plextor is hype and boasting.

Man, you better read the rules. If you have a better deal please post it instead of thread-crapping. Takes no more effort. Or, is that "effourt?"

The same can be said about almost anything computer hardware wise, especially on a percentage lost scale.

Plextor is a very well known brand and makes very good quality products. Lite-On is kind of like AMD to Intel, not as big of name, not as much, but the same performance wise.
