Go to AxionTech.com (this link) and use the brands link at the bottom their page to navigate easily to your brand of choice. Their shipping starts at $7 (at least for me) but you can save some decent money if you buy a few coolers at a time.
Also, I've bought a few things from them before, with nothing but good things to say about the whole experience.

Good Luck! :D
P.S. for the impaired many around here, ORB's are made by Thermaltake (hint, hint;))

That is kinda funny actually (god forbid you don't put up a double post around here). I was just snooping around for other things out there and came upon the coolers...seemed like a nice surprise for the Anandtechers. RAM is sooooo cheap nowadays, I can't help but keep on waiting for these beautiful price drops.

How good is the globalwin:fop38? I have a p3v4x, would it even fit? I need something to freeze my cpu.

Eh...AxionTech is decent. I'm still currently working out an order I had from them on a video card about 2 weeks ago. It's nearly impossible to get their RMA section on the phone. And they will not reply to emails. :( Good thing I'm heading down to Houston tomorrow. ;) Gonna pop on over there and give them a bit of a surprise. ;)

The GW FOP38's are nice fans, but are extremely loud. Most run about 46 dB or so, which is very high. If you can stand the noise, they would probably do ya good though. Check the cases and cooling forums here for more on it.

That GW FOP38 is one noisy bastard! Don't buy it if you plan on sleeping in the same room as the machine. The second my machine boots up that fan takes over the noise department....puts my 10K SCSI drive to shame haha. Great cooling nonetheless! And an awesome price!

haha, yeah, I know a guy who got a FOP38 because he's deaf and the thing wouldn't bother him much. Otherwise, it sounds like a lawn mower

for a quiet cooler try the Volcano II from Thermaltake. It cools better than the orbs and is quieter to boot. Best off, it is dirt cheap. I got mine for $20 shipped from Inflow Direct.

Read a lot of the reviews, etc. before getting this one. It is no Kanie Hedgehog or anything like that, but performed near the top of the pack in almost all the reviews/roundups I saw. For $20 it can't be beat, and it even beats out many of the more expensive coolers.

hey, some of these deals aren't half bad. if you buy a whole bunch of stuff the shipping kinda dies out, but if you're only looking to buy one or two hsfs, it might be worth looking into other places. their selection is really good tho.
