Good deal or no?

Is this a good deal? Or should I wait a month and see if the price comes down? This is from Dell E&A, only because a) I have $25 off $150 and b) I have a $50 concession.

Also, is PNY a reputable video card maker? I don't really want to OC, just want something reliable.

Sounds like a good deal, but not anything totally special. PNY is an okay maker; their products don't have much of a reputation, be it good or bad.

My friend has a PNY 7800gt with a broken secondary video output, so if you want a reliable brand I'd not recommand PNY.

For just $25 more you can get an overclocked eVGA 7600GT and the lifetime warranty (OCing included) that comes with it. That way if you ever have any problems you can just RMA the card to eVGA, their customer service is very good.

I wouldn't mind getting something else, but my main reason for this deal is that I'm trying to use my dell concession coupon..

Do they have x1800xt's 256mb? Perhaps a X1800gto? i would go with those with the coupon, or just get another 7600gt from a more reputable manufacturer.
