Good deal on prebuilt rig?

Looking to get a new rig, was planning on building it myself, but came across this:

It seems like a pretty good deal to me, thinking of adding a PSU and this. I'm looking at either a 350 or 400 watt Fortron PSU, which of those will be better for this rig?

Also wondering what the difference is between the GA-965P-S3 and the GA-965P-DS3.

You could save a little money by building it yourself, plus 320gb seems a little unecessary. But it is a nice build.
