By all means, this shredder is not suitable for high-volume places,
but we use it for credit card slips, receipts, etc. It's great for
occasional use. If you're into shredding a lot of letter-sized paper,
better shell out $100 or so for a good one. I believe this is the
cheapest (but not the worst) cross-cut shredder there is. We had a
big Fellows one, cost a fortune too -- piece of crap it was.
