Good deal/memory?

Winbond 1GB PC3200 for $189 I caught this one being mentioned over at DSL Reports, but really know little of Winbond RAM, and nothing about the website selling it.

Winbond chips are famous for its overclockablity especially their BH-5 and CH-5 chips
