So I might be buying 1/4 of a cow of meat (1/4 of 600-650lbs.) 1.50 a pound and I get to choose the cuts. Good deal?

is the 150 lbs before proecessing?

if after its a damn good deal. even if before its still a good deal but you will end up with a little less meat.
