good deal for cpu upgrade?

Saw this deal on an i5 2400 going on sale for $130. Should I pull the trigger and pick it up from my local store? Was thinking of upgrading my sandy i3 2100 system to play some more demanding titles for sometime now and I don't think I will see ivyb i5 for less than $180 anytime soon. Will this be a worthwhile upgrade?

thats a good deal, i would do that in your situation, but good luck actually finding at frys for that price, theyre known for limiting quantities just to get you in their store
