I ordered a MS intellimouse explorer for $53.89 total, from shop.microsoft.com they had free 2-day shipping as well..

Well.. for some reason I received the trackball explorer and I called their support that same day. They shipped out the Intellimouse Explorer and gave me an RMA# to send back the trackball one. I sent it back and just the other day received my $53.89 back credited to my account.

I wound up getting an Intellimouse Explorer for free!

Some of you guys make it sound like I walked into a store and stole the mouse. Don't try to tell me that you would actually call Microsoft or any store and let them know "Hey, you forgot to charge me." If you do you're just BS'ing.

It's the fault of their own CSR's, or their RMA dept. I did my part, I RMA'd the item. They didn't have to debit me back since I received the one I wanted in the first place but for some reason they did.

They really dont seem to care...my freind for example, and many other people I know, their intellimouse explorer broke, they called MS and they sent them a brand new one in the box...didnt ask them to return the broken one. I'm sure there aware that people are doing this, they just dont care, lol.

I don't see where there's any crime here. He called for an rma, not a refund, and they refunded him anyway. If he wants to call them and tell them they messed up, that would be great, but I don't see a moral obligation to do so.

they wouldn't ask to have the old one shipped back because its not very profitable
chrisisbored: lucky bastage i had to pay 79 for mine and its sitting in my closet.
bought the razer boomslang 2000 and love it 100000x more
