Good DDR for non-OC'd Intel 865GBFLK?

With a 2.4C on the Intel 865GBFLK, I'd like to run 2 512 Mb PC-3200 modules to take advantage of the Dual Channel feature. I don't want to OC, and I don't need the performance boost provided by expensive DDR. Are two 512 Mb sticks of Kingston PC-3200 with 3-3-3 Timing(I think) OK?

I have an Intel 865GBFL and I use two sticks of Kingston 512 mb Cas 3 PC3200. It works great IMHO, I can't overclock with this board, nor do I plan to.

Try here for a good deal on the sticks, Kingston Memory

That's reassuring, thanks Chucko. The Eg was sold out of the Kingston Value PC-3200. I bought Buffalo PC-3200 sticks with Samsung SE chips instead. Fingers are crossed!
