I'm looking for a serious data hosting company. 1and1 is being ****** lately. Who can provide very good speed and generous monthly traffic limits? US-based.

Shared hosting would be fine. This search is for a friend and he wants at least a 10GB monthly traffic allotment (more will be needed in time). The chief concern, though, is speed. Monthly price should be in the area of $20.

Just fyi, you're looking in the right price range for a good service now. You've got a little bit of padding on that price too, good job on this part alone, it's where most people go wrong.
