good customer service from Cooler Master

I couldn't find the included washers for mounting my Cooler Master GeminII S on my AM3 motherboard. So a few weeks ago I went on Cooler Master's website and requested that they send me replacements. I also supplied the serial number for my cooler as requested. Over the past week I got a two emails saying the request was approved and yesterday a padded envelope showed up with a full set of mounting hardware for my cooler. Cooler Master's strong customer service has earned some loyalty from me.

This has been my experience with CM too. I used the Centurion 5 case for alot of builds and there have been a couple of times I needed a part replaced and CM got me the part I needed.
