Good CS:S hosting?

I frequent a wildly popular server that maxes out 32 players constantly, but the admin threatens every month to shut it down begging for $60 worth of donations to keep it running through the month. The server is great....66 tic and low pings to the entire west coast. I could easily fund this entire thing with my play money, but I'm not going to unless I have control over selecting admins and choosing the map rotation and rules, etc.

Is there a generally accepted best one or two CS:S hosting companies? Or am I better off just getting a colocation and setting up my own?

If everybody is going to move, then they're going to expect the same high performance.

I would talk to the owner, if it's his own physical server and his bandwidth then maybe you can buy him out or pay him to run it "for you". If the server is through a hosting company don't waste your time, just hire the company to host your own.
