good cooler for 7800gt?

what would you guys recommend for the 7800gt? I think I bought an arctic siliencer for my 9800 pro, but the 7800gt seems like it needs a lot more cooling. I'd like something that would let me get a decent overclock, but quiet as well. any recommendations?
 
Artic Silencer, there are different version and it will cool your card kkeping it quiet. Either that or a Zalman VF700, but I like the silencer better.
