Good Cooing--Quiet????

I have 2 Xp 1700s running on a Tyan Thunder K7. IO have Global win WBK 68s on them. The cpu are at 77 celcius. I like the sound the heatsinks make though really quiet.

What is a good replacement for these heatsinks that will keep my comp cool, yet quiet also
