Good Combination? Should I change anything?

I've finally decided on the Abit IC7-MAX3 motherboard with an Intel Pentium 4 2.8 ghz 800mhz FSB processor, and 1 gig of Kingston HyperX PC3700 Ram. I want to get a Zalman 7000 cu heatsink as well, but I don't know if it will fit or not. Can't get the site to work =/. This look good? should I change anything?

You gonna o/c? If not then you don't need the PC3700. Dunno if the Zalman HS will fit or not...

yeah, I'm going to OC. And I've read that the zalman fits perfectly.
