The only kind I've tried is Remy-Martin and honestly, I didn't like it much. Too much flavor for this bumpkin booze-hound. I much prefer a decent, but necessarily overly pricey glass of scotch.

I'm thinkin' that most people here have never tasted cognac and only a fraction of those that have, truely enjoyed it and have a valid oppinion.
