Good Christmas dessert?

Becuase I am going to Spain saturday, my family is celebrating Christmas tomorrow night. I wanted to cook a special dessert for the occasion. I cooked a really nice apple crisp for Thanksgiving, but wanted to change it up.

I was looking on FoodTV.com, but didn't see anything that really caught my interest. Anyone have some nice recipes? Something chocolatey/sweet will be nice! 🙂 It's Christmas and I am trying to gain some weight as it is, so the sweeter the better 😀

Thanks ya'll! I'll keep looking on FoodTV.com to try and find something

I have a killer chocolate cake recipe at home. It's moist and rich enough to not need any frosting. I usually just sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Throw on a dollop of whipped heavy cream on the side and it's great! If you want to get fancy, you can also garnish with some brandied cherries.
If your interested, I can post it when I get home later tonight.
