i bought a 865gv like an idiot.. it has an.. agp slot... or at least it looks like it.. the manufacturer (asrock) describes it as a "gift" and would you believe this.. it runs my graphics card in pci mode! awesome! therefore i need a new motherboard.. fast!
someone help me out here?
i need for sure:
socket 478 design
real agp 8x
integrated graphics (i have three monitors)
i want:
4 ram slots

You should note that you cannot normally use onboard integrated graphics at the same time as an AGP graphics card (sometimes you can, and sometimes with a PCI graphics card). If you want to run three monitors, you will normally need an AGP card and a PCI card.

That ATI-based board *is* supposed to support this, but you might want to look into this a bit more, and you might have to use an ATI video card along with it.
 
hhmm i perciate it. i "could" handle only two monitors..
im using a geforce fx5200 so that will be my next upgrade anyways...
but firstly.. i need %^$&ing agp support
