Chinese cafe is probably the closest to you that's decent. Lai Lai is pretty good, haven't been there in a while, but I doubt the quality has gone down. Kim Son in stafford is good for dim sum. I've been hearing that Ocean Palace in chinatown is good for dim sum too.
