Good cheaper PSU for an Antec P180B

I'm looking to get an P180B with a relatively modest system so I dont need a really beefy PSU. Something like a XClio 450, FSP 450W, or a Seasonic S12 430 will be more than enough but what PSU for maybe around $60-$70 or less definately has long enough cabling for the P180B. Thanks.

The sleeved version has longer cables, the unsleeved one will work for nearly all systems however it doesn't leave much slack.
