Good, cheap, reliable Athlon mobo with integrated audio/video?

I'm looking for a stable board with no overclocking options (I never OC hehe) with onboard graphics and audio for a server.... anybody have any ideas?

The rest is going to be a 1600XP processor with 512 RAM, 80GB 8MB HD, cheapy CD rom and Chieftec case, with Windows 2000 Server on it. It should run fine, correct?

Thanks for the advice on the mobo, and any other info you can give me! My first server, for the house 🙂

Asus A7N266-VM would be the easiest, most logical choice if that 512mb of memory is DDR. If you're planning to use SDRAM, there's some decent KM133 boards to choose from, i'm partial to Chaintech myself for solid boards which aren't insanely overpriced, and the 7AIV5E is a pretty decent choice.

I just bought that biostar for a server. Wanted is to run PC133 because it's so cheap for 512 🙂 So far, so good, no problems with the board.
