Well I was getting BSODs when trying to run the SpecTek memory at its rated 333. I put it down to 266 and it works just fine. What RAM will work well with this board (preferrably even dual channel) at 333 or 400 and isn't too expensive? I hate paying a lot for RAM.

Crucial PC2100 works great in my mom's MN31N. I've got it clocked at PC1600 since it needs to sync to a 1.0GHz Duron that uses a 100MHz FSB. Generally, you want synchronous operation whether the RAM is rated for higher speeds or not, which I know is not what some people want to hear. So if your CPU uses a 266MHz FSB, run the RAM at 133MHz/DDR266. And gee, that happens to work perfectly :D

You can try increasing the voltage of the Spectek memory to 2.7 or 2.8, and it may run fine at 333. It won't hurt to try.

There should be options to change memory voltages, check your manual. If the ram still doesn't work, just return it for another stick because actually many people have problems with other brands of ram on that board but it works with the Spectek.

Well I have another stick, its on someone else's computer right now. When I get that back, I'll try it and if that one works without a hitch, I'll swap this at the store.
