good cheap raid 1 HD?

I'm looking for a good cheap hardware raid 1 SATA HD.
Doesn't need to be a huge HD, 500 gb or less is fine

Normal Hitachi 7200RPM drives are used in enterprise storage systems all the time and I've never had TLER-related issues with them. Something like this 7K1000.D would be fine.
