Good/Cheap place to buy swiss watches in cali?

i had never gotten him a gift before in my life (other than elementary school arts and crafts) and this is the first year i'm working at my real job. his $400 watch got stolen last year and I would like to get him a nice swiss watch... my range is around $600-$800.

anyone recommend a retailer to purchase from and has relatively good prices? i do not want to purchase one online. thanks!

Not Swiss, but Russian.

Go to www.russarmy.com and go to Kremlins. The mechanism is self-winding 31 jewel movement, and I've never had a problem with it losing track of time. Plus, nobody has ever seen one before, and they always love it. The Russian movement is a lot more stable than Swiss too.
