What's a good and cheap pcmcia usb2 card? I might look into getting one since laptop only has usb1.1.
I noticed that some of the cards require tapping another usb port to power the card, is this the same for all the usb2 addons? Does it need to be always powered or only when used with certain things?
After looking through newegg.com it seems like all of them are powered. But is it needed?
