I have an XP 2200+ and 2x512 sticks of kingston 2700 and i need a motherboard. I dont want to spend to much money but i do want to overclock a little bit. The board must be stable because this will be a file server.

Shuttle AN35N is $40, the AN35N Ultra is $64, the Abit NF7-S is $101 and the DFI NFII ULTRA INFINITY is $93 all at Newegg.

How about $49?
or the deluxe for $59
$41 for this one but they're out of stock at the moment
There's no guarantee that he'll get all of the brackets or the ATX backplate with that.

You're right. Here's a customer review of said board:
"This is the first refurbished item I've bought. It is a "White Box" item, which means, it only comes with the board - no extras are included. Which is not a problem for me, since I already had a spare Game Port Adapter and Serial Port.

For xx dollars and no shipping fees it is a damn good deal for a great motherboard. It installed without a problem and even came with the latest BIOS, and also the Latest PCB Version! 🙂

I ordered a ton of other stuff with this board, and Newegg handled it like a Champ. Newegg... YOU ROCK!"

I would get the new Shuttle for $65 rather than the used, returned, possibly damaged refurbished board. It's not worth the aggravation. Do you think some little guy at Newegg tests these returned boards?? They just resell them, as is. R
