Good, cheap modem?

I am going to put a modem in someone's computer (probably older) and I need to know what good and cheap modems COMPUSA and BestBuy and those other places would sell?
 
Well any modem would work, i would recomend a nonwin modem, as it'll get about twice the speed normally as those cheap winmodems.
 
Get the cheapest modem you can possibly find .. There is no reason to pay $10 for 56k modem .. Unless you have a pentium 133 with a heavy load then you probably won't see any difference in speed .. I don't think I could notice the difference between 33k and 48k =)
