Good, cheap LGA 1156 cooler.

I have a dell case (does that say enough?) with a i7 870 and I need better cooling. Right now my max temps are 74c which is ok, but that requires my 80mm fan to go 4500RPM. >.< I am looking for a good cooler, preferably under 15USD, any higher an I might as well get the 212.

Xigmatek Gaia, costs slightly more than $15 but its worth every penny. Similar in performance to the older CM Hyper212+ but significantly cheaper than the newer CM Hyper212 Evo. Double check the width of the case as some OEM cases aren't wide enough to accommodate a 120mm tall heatsink.

I'm stretching my budget to literally the last 2 dollars to get a 1080p monitor and a hd 7950. That might be impossible.
