Good cheap iPhone 4 accessories?

Just upgraded from the 3G last night. What do you guys recommend?

I'd like to at least get a car charger (don't need an FM transmitter - have an aux cable) and a windshield holder (for use as a GPS). Has anyone used Tom Tom for iPhone?

Steve has decided that no one can sell non-Steve approved iPhone accessories.

That isn't a necessary comment. It doesn't add anything to the conversation. The guy wants cheap accessories, you can still get those even with them being Apple approved.

you are correct. Sorry about that.

Everything I'm reading says the Tom Tom app is pretty good. $40 seems pretty cheap for a good GPS with TTS. I just really need to find a windshield mount for the iPhone 4.

Necessary is debatable. Didn't Monoprice and many other US based websites have to yank all iAccessories due to Apple's demands?

When you're the owner of a patented interface you have that right. Don't think for a minute MS won't do similar for Zune based devices if Zune had just half of Apple's market share.

I'm going to tell you right now I have ordered generic charge cables from Monoprice for my iPhone/iPod as well as other phone devices like Nokia and Sony Ericcson and I like the price but from a business standpoint I can totally understand why Apple or another company would crack down on it. This is no different from MS or Nintendo cracking down on unlicensed 3rd party controllers because the controller port is proprietary. The Apple connection port on the bottom of those iDevices are patented. To protect those patents they need to enforce

Note: I deleted the thread you are refering to as being spam. This makes it look like you are talking about Cheezy's post... when I don't think you were.
