Looking for a good graphics card for 200$ or under if possible only have a 400 watt power supply

please list ALL your specs including resolution when asking for video card advice. and please be as detailed as possible because a 400 watt power supply could be just fine or it could be a piece of junk. you need to list the exact model that you have.
