Besides those howard linked, Evercase (aka Ever Case) also makes some nice inexpensive cases. Some models accomodate larger fans than others so check them out carefully. The 4292 is also sold under the AMS label (at least at Newegg). Rubber HDD isolators should come with them but often don't because the resellers are oblivious to them. I have a few extra sets (as well as the optional HDD cages) in case you choose to go that way.
Oh, I thought howard was linking the Antec SLK3000-B, it is pretty much the same as the HEC/Compucase 6A19 that was linked but it has a door. http://Provantage.com has had the best price on them for a while, but don't let that stop you from using the price engines (e.g. froogle, pricegrabber, etc.) to see if you can do better.
Newegg was selling a CoolerMaster in the Centurion series at a steal over the last weekend -still going on $40. AR + free 3-day shipping. All it lacks that the above have are the HDD isolation bushings. But it probably wouldn't be too hard to mod for that if you want it. IDK if the sale is still on. I also now notice that it has a fully perforated front which may be good for cooling, but is definitely bad for noise. IAC, it's a good deal if you aren't A-R about noise...
the first case from howard looks real good, but you'd have to get 2 x 120mm fans to add to the front and back, then it'd be great.
2 x yate loons = another 15 shipped. not bad tho, 2 x 120mm fans is a must
