Need to update to a PCI-e based board so I can upgrade my video card, but Im pretty happy with my OC'd a64 and want to reuse my memory.

What is a descent cheap 939 board that will OC okay. (I have a a64 1.8 @ 2.5) Hopefully under $75 or so. Doesnt need SLi or fancy features. Just stable and a reasonable OC'ing options.

Might consider Asrock 939Dual SATA2 or VSTA. AGP and PCIe slots. Reasonable overclocker. I have one and it runs my A64 3500+ at 2.5GHz with no problems. It's in the area of $70. Mine will be up for sale in about a week as I am going SLI. Asrock is the budget division of ASUS and has a decent reputation. Mine has operated flawlessly so I can recommend them.

Check out the asus a8n5x. It is the same board as the a8n-e except only SATA 1 support. It will probably ship for just under $80 though... can you budge a few bucks?
