Good CFM but quiet fan for a 1.4 Thunderbird?

I need a good fan that will keep the temp at ~50-55 (I think that's a good temp..?) but will be as QUIET as possible (My current one is NOISY and it's driving me INSANE!!).

If you could give me several names of fans that will be better because I can't get many here in Israel..

This is what I use with my 1.4, quiet was a main issue for me as well.

At Lowe's today, I saw their 30-inch attic fans on clearance for $65. 5700 cfm. Plus, they operate at a rather low RPM so they don't have that high-pitched scream the Delta 38s are known for. 😛

The Alpha is a good choice but costly. If you're a cheap bastard like me, then the GC68 is for you 🙂

My SK-6 with the lil 60 CFM, keeps the temps down, and is preetty quite... 😛

How about the Glaciatech Iglaoo 2310, its only 10.00 with shipping at newegg.com. According to the comments posted on newegg.com, people says its pretty quiet and some people are using it to cool XP2000.
