Good cases+preinstalled watercooling?

I'm in the final stages of planning my Q6600 Build.

The only thing left is the case. I'd like to try out watercooling for the Q6600 to OC it to 3Ghz.
I know I could probably do it with a good air cooler but I've been burned by my Idle 38°C/Load 70°C P4 Preshott that I never managed to get cool.
So I'm ready to spend some money to get a good case+ preinstalled watercooling but I'm completely lost if that would be a good solution to get something silent + good cooling performance.
Does anyone have experience with preinstalled solutions? Is the build quality good? Or is it just a cheap WC set taped to a cheap case?

Now my local PC shop of trust has several cases that sound quite good:

Coolermaster Stacker Silber+Watercooling (37302) 325,29 EUR

Thermaltake Taichi VB5001SNA+Watercooling 310,79 EUR
http://www.kmelektronik.de/mai...ail&ArtNr=10380&Shop=0

LianLi PC-G70B Aquaduct Aquaero WaKü Case 559,99 EUR
http://www.kmelektronik.de/mai...ail&ArtNr=15751&Shop=0

The last one seems a bit hefty price wise but it has a nice Aquaero monitoring thing installed.

If I'm going water, I'd like to go with such a preinstalled solution as I probably would go nuts drilling holes in an expensive case or just getting all the necessary components.

Any advice or a link to a good WC forum where I'm not thrown out as a noob asking about preinstalled wc cases is greatly appreciated.

Uhhh... dont go water. If you dont have the patience to do research on parts, and learn how it works. You'll run into a ton of nightmares down the road. EXPECIALLY with thermalcrap water products.

IF you want an easy route, i suggest seth, aka NEWLS1 waterkeg III external. and just get any case you think looks nice.
