What are good cases that have enough air flow but aren't really too loud that are suitable for overclocking Athlon XP?

Wha? Cases dont make any sounds. I think you mean to ask what case and power supply are suitable for overclocking Athlon XP. If you get a case that comes with a PSU (power supply), most of the time you should replace/upgrade that PSU as the ones that usually come with cases are POS cheapo generic PSUs that cant handle overclocking too well (voltage ripple is too large to maintian stability). Are you newbie to OC? SOunds like it. The best case for you depends on what you want in a case other than good airflow. Does it need to be lightweight? What size of tower do you want? How many HD/FDD/Drive bays do you need? What is your motherboard's form factor? Do you want a case with a side window or a custom modded case? Is price an important factor? These are just a few of the questions you need to find out before you can find a case and PSU that works for YOU.

yes i am a newbie at overclocking and comp building, been researching quite a bit for the parts and all is left is the case since my original choice a Thermaltake Lanfire was deemed too small for me to be overclocking the Athlon to 3200+ by serveral friends. I am going to get a standard ATX motherboard and at least 3 5.25" and 2 3.5" bays. The price is a real important factor, nothing over $150, but preferably more around $100. I don't care too much about the rest, some aesthetics features are nice but not required.

So far I have narrowed down my choice to a Aspire X-Super Alien due to the numerous features that would ease further installation and the amount of fans that I think should increase better airflow. Might that psu be good enough for overclocking? and would it be suitable for overclocking?

yea they seem great too, oh yea i forgot to mention that i am getting the mobile version of the athlon xp, and i was just told by someone that i wouldnt have to worry about the heat if i was overclocking it to 3200+, if that is true would the Thermaltake Lanfire case be enough?
