Hi

I need a a case that has a good setup for airflow, plenty of room for wires, and some sound-proofing. I'm getting a new system with the ATI crossfire technology and a xp120 heatsink if that helps at all.

If you want a very good case (albeit not really being sound-proofing, but having a very good airflow nonetheless), get yourself a ThermalTake Shark...

If things need to be completely silent, an Antec P180 or a Lian Li case are your best bets...

I like the Thermaltake Shark but is just 2 120mm fans enough? there isn't a side duct and with my xp120 it will hog all the air.

I have a Shark myself, and the dual 120mm fans keep this case very cool and silent... With an AC Freezer 64 installed (which is a very large cooler as well), the rear fan makes sure that hor air is fastly transferred outside the case... My CPU (AMD64 3000 @ 2.4GHz) temps never exceed 40°C... But I do have to say that my PSU 120mm fan sits right above the CPU cooler as well...
