I need a good case that is quiet, air cooling, but also cool.

Only 120 mm fans. One for front intake, and one for back that blows air out.

I was wondering how important it is to have a side fan? I have a case that only has 2 fans, and I'm thinking of exchanging it for a new one, which is why I'm making this topic ^_^.

Its a Centurion RC 534 w/ window. Should I just keep this one?

I will be overclocking and these are my other specs:

PSU: Corsair 620W
CPU: Intel e6750 2.66 ghz (plan to OC to at least 3.2 ghz)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA P35 DS3R
RAM: OCZ Platinum rev 2 4-4-4-12
Video: eVGA geforce 8800 GTS 500 MhZ (Plan to overclock to 550 or 570 MhZ)
Hard drive: 1 IDE and 1 S-ATA (7200) RPM
1 DVD drive

And it's at the bottom of my desk near the wall so can get pretty hot.

Thank you all.

I basically have the same setup with a Q6600 and an Abit IP35. I use an Antec P182, and so far I love it for its silence and the ability to route the cables behind the mobo. That PSU also fits in the silent chasis they provide, which is nice, even though it's big. What HSF you using? I'm using an ultra 120 extreme, which is huge, and it fits perfectly. For suggestions on how to arrange the fans in that case, see this thread. I don't know anything about the case you're using now, but you can't go wrong with the Antec...just my $.02 anyway :)

Side fans aren't necessarily of much use - it depends on the orientation of your HSF and the existing air flow within the case. You want case airflow and HSF airflow to work together for best results. The case fans that usually come with Coolermaster cases don't move much air. You may want to try some Yate Loons - either low or Medium speed or both. Check at http://www.jab-tech.com for a good selection of Yate Loons at good prices.

HSF = heatsink w/ fan.

I assume you're using the stock HSF, which should be fine unless you want hardcore OCing...in which case I suggest the thermalright ultra 120 extreme, which is pretty popular, but if you read these forums a little you can get different perspectives.

@ cytoSiN

Is 3.6 Ghz Q6600 possible on ThermalRight 120 extreme?

Would you suggest against replacing p182 with antec 900?

Oh and btw, ambient temp in our area is too high. What's your delta between cpu temp and ambient when cpu is at load?
