good cards for 640x480 with TV-out?

I dont need higher resolution than that so are older cards adequate for newer games at that resolution? What cards should I look for; TNT2's, Voodoo3's and the like? It must have TV out (i guess that means that for voodoo, all i could use is the 3500 right?) thanks

For excellent TV-out and really good 3D (at 640x480) look for an ATI Rage Fury Pro 32MB VIVO. They're $65 brand new at mwave.com, you can maybe find a used one cheaper on the FS/FT forums as this was/is a much maligned card because the drivers were total crap when the card was first released. But they are perfectly good now, I get good gameplay on mine at 1024x768, 640x480 screams even with 32-bit color. And DVD playback and TV-out are very good.
