Good car websites?

What are some of the AT-quality type websites out there about cars? A forum would be nice too... Not about car modding or things like that, just general I guess

I can't think of a 'general' car website with the quality of AT. However, there are a lot of make/model specific sites that are very current with large communities.

Just for reading pleasure, check out Autozine.

There's no forum, but it's a very comprehensive online magazine that is surprisingly maintained by one man who doesn't even have a driver's license!
