Can you recommend me a good power inverter that is less than $100 that will be very stable, etc?

I got a 400W, 120V inverter, dual outlet from BB a few years ago. The only thing I have had to do is to solder on new terminal clips since the old ones broke. 120V is just enough to power a normal laptop and a small set of powered speakers. I think it cost like $40 and its totally been worth it.

but dont you want it to be 110V, which is the norm of american household voltage?
