Good Camcorder

I am in the market for a good camcorder between the price of 400 and 500 dollars. The camera I have know is a canon ZR600 and has suited me well for the last year but I am out growing it fast. The new one should have a light and could it have nightvision. The camera I have now is alright but I really want night vision.
