keyboard...

my ms natural pro is dead. it's ps2 connection is gone... and now, so is the usb. it's problems are down in the microcontroller level... =( the first one (retail, paid full retail) died when i spilled too much onto it, the membrane traces got burned. i replaced the membrane with one from another keyboard (oem version). and now, the logic board is dead. =(

oh well, i am using an ibm trackpoint II that i got from ebay. clicky keys and built in clit mouse. i will probably either get a wrist pad or a new keyboard. or i will continue my project of making my own keyboard from a few keyboards...
 
Microsoft has a great warranty on their peripherals - if the warranty period isn't up on your keyboard, just give MS a call. You'll most likely just get a new one.
