DON'T! It is a "federal rap", and a friend ended up paying over $5,500 in fines. He was 10 - 15 over, plus he got off where he intended to anyway to go home. The park ranger also hit him with "attempting to elude".

The capitol police should countersue the family for damages and the trauma caused to their officer in having to kill the batshit crazy - as family indoctrination was apparently key contributing cause
