I always do that....

Take the pasta out of the water before it's finished and add it to the pan with the sauce and then add some of the pasta water to finish cooking the pasta!

The sauce coats the pasta and gets absorbed a bit then!

It's a stretch to call that Greek sauce chili.

The use of pasta confusing or upsetting some of you is perplexing. Just think of the chili as 'Murican Bolognese 🤠and it'll make more sense to you. Garnishment is a personal preference. We use sour cream, chopped red onion, sliced hot peppers, and various cheeses in my home. Emeril's tag line was kick it up a notch. Chili pasta goes to 11.

That's it. we used to have a Skyline Chili here, and that was their "signature" dish. Never tried it. They folded a few years ago.

Yep. When I first started coming here I had a 433mhz pentium II dell xps pre-built that I added 2 Voodoo IIs to play Half Life and Unreal and was getting into building my own.

Oh, and a ballin 20 inch Sony monitor.
