Good "business-grade" broadband companies?

After wrestling with three ATT service reps and a manager while the DSL was down in SD today, I figured it was time to switch the company's ISP to someone else like Speakeasy. Are there any other ISPs that have good business oriented services?

I can't speak for Speakeasy's business side, but their residential service freaking ROCKS. I've been a customer of theirs for about 2 years. In that time I've had about 4 hours of downtime that I know of, all of which was pre-announced. The service has NEVER gone down for an unknown reason.

When I moved I had problems with my connection not being able to hold even 384x128. They were VERY helpful on the phone. The 1st level techs were always knowledgeable to help me out, even when I'm dealing with my Linux router box, never have I had to be passed to a 2nd level tech... First ISP I've had in 10 years that I can say that about. Eventually I got another line from the phone company and now I'm fine at 1.5 / 384.

SE is expensive, but, in my opinion, you get what you pay for.
